LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Accounting and Reporting Manager for our client in San Francisco, CA. This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
The Accounting and Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing audits, month and year end closures, account reconciliations and preparing financial statements. This role requires exceptional communication skills and non-profit experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a very detail-oriented applicant to join a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and accounting for restricted funds
- Prepare journal entries
- Month-end and year-end close procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and implement procedures in accordance with FASB requirements and GAAP
- Prepare schedules for annual audits
- Partner with audits to complete PBC
- Account reconciliations
Qualifications:
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Non-profit experience a plus
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
