Seeking an Operations Manager to provide day-to-day oversight of all Broker/Dealer operational processes.
This will include opening of new accounts, through to account maintenance and servicing, organize and oversee the daily operations of the company as well as ensuring that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper execution of the firm’s Operational Calendar and related activities
- Develops and implements company policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures.
- Evaluates and enhances current operational systems to reduce cycle time and create efficiency.
- Create and distribute reporting for the advisory team
- Provide leadership and guidance to the internal team by coaching
- Administers human resources processes at the firm to include recruiting, hiring, performance reviews and management action as needed.
- Support the marketing efforts of the firm by creating & implementing marketing efforts to existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications
- 2-15 License and Series 7 required or must obtain within the first 90 days of employment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related area of study
- 5+ years of Financial Services industry & proven leadership experience required
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people & projects
- Strong knowledge of and the ability to design & execute processes and procedures
- Superior technology aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
