Our client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have proven success in high-volume recruitment, preferably hiring for sales positions. The ability to utilize LinkedIn RPS successfully is required. Note: This is not for a staffing agency.
Key Requirements:
- Proven success in hiring sales/go to market positions
- Proactive recruitment - LinkedIn, LinkedIn RPS, job fairs, etc.
- Team lead experience is a plus - there is growth opportunity
