Physical Traders – Aromatics, Olefins, and Polymers
Job Description
- Responsible for trading activities related to aromatics, petrochemical products, olefins i.e. ethylene, propylene, polymers.
- Role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, supply and demand fundamentals, and logistics for physical trades.
- Successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, an established network within the petrochemical industry, and the ability to negotiate complex contracts to maximize profitability.
- Execute and manage physical trades;
- Conduct market analysis to monitor supply, demand, pricing trends; optimize trading margins and manage risk effectively;
- Negotiate contracts, spot deals, and long-term agreements with counterparties:
- 3-5+ years of experience in physical trading of olefins, polymers, or petrochemical products.
