We are partnering with a Real Estate client in their search for a Marketing Coordinator on a direct hire basis. This position will be 100% in office.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing activities and oversee corporate branding efforts
- Prepare and create marketing materials (flyers, swag, signs)
- Manage the company's Linkedin presence by gathering content, creating posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance
- Create and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets
- Plan and organize company events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 2 - 3+ years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Real estate industry experience a plus
- Experience with Adobe, Hootsuite, Canva and KEAP experience a plus
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
