Job Title: Technical Support Associate – Weekend Shift

Shift Details:
Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Training will be conducted during normal business hours before transitioning to this weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for PCs, MACs, printers, servers, and networks.
Restore services for daily operations and assist with project efforts.
Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and improve IT systems.
Work with a variety of platforms including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
2+ years of IT support experience in a corporate network environment.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, AD, and FTP protocols.
Knowledge of computer operations, IT infrastructure, and communications protocols.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
