Our client is looking for an experienced Manager to join their Client Solutions team. The ideal candidate will learn how they execute campaigns, working closely with our Client and Campaign Management teams to ensure scope, timelines, and processes are met. We’re looking for team members who are eager to learn and ready to dive headfirst. The ideal candidate can handle multiple competing tasks on a daily basis and has a passion for beauty and skincare products.
Fully remote, but candidates must be based in Los Angeles and able to travel to clients as needed.
In general, on a typical day you will:
- Manage the workflow and completion of tasks within our project management platform
- Support campaign execution teams in all aspects of planning and reporting
- Coordinate closely with Campaign Management on creator communication to ensure scope, timelines, and protocols are being met
- Act as liaison between talent and company to ensure deliverables and payments are organized and timely
- Perform content moderation to ensure brand safety is met for every participating influencer across all social campaigns
- Communicate effectively (written & verbal) with key stakeholders including Account Management, Performance Media, Strategy & Analytics, and Operations to track deliverables and ensure client needs are being met
- Become an expert in their proprietary tech platform, organizing talent and campaign information as necessary
Being a Manager, Client Solutions requires:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of work experience in digital, online, PR or advertising environment
- Experience working with beauty brands, with an emphasis in skincare/luxury beauty products
- Interest in managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with even stronger attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment where details often change
- Knowledgeable and/or interested in all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office, and other general technology platforms
- You keep up with the latest trends and innovations within the world of social media
