Office Manager – West LA ($80k-$100k)
Growing financial services firm located in West Los Angeles is seeking a highly professional and driven Office Manager to join their close-knit team. The ideal candidate will possess a team-oriented mindset and enjoy wearing many hats.
The Office Manager will ensure smooth daily operations for the office by providing a range of support. Duties will include:
- Greeting and directing guests and answering phone calls
- Assisting with calendar management and meeting coordination
- Communicating with IT vendors for tech support
- Helping with onboarding processes
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and the office space is organized
- Supporting accounting tasks, such as compiling reports, overseeing payments, etc.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role and a bachelor’s degree. A background in finance is a huge plus! Kindly note, this is a fully in-office role.
