LHH is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located on the West Side of Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to build and lead a team which distributes products across the US. You will direct inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations for a 200K sq ft facility. The compensation is commensurate to experience and ranges between $70,000-80,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefit package, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, plan, and oversee inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations during your assigned shift
- Coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products to domestic and global customers
- Responsible for the storage, inventory management, and distribution of finished goods as well as raw material
- Maintain accurate inventory transaction records by completing daily cycle counts and performing root cause analysis to identify and prevent future non-conformance issues
- Ensures international shipping documentation is in order for product sent to overseas markets.
- Ensure maximum return on investment through effective operational performance and the successful completion of assigned projects
- Administer performance management program
- Evaluate and recommend training resources to support employee development
- Follow corporate policies to meet both short and long term goals regarding safety, performance, and compliance
- Maintain adherence to health and safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of operations supervision experience within a warehousing and/or distribution environment is required
- Must have experience working with an ERP and/or WMS system (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, etc.)
- Must have experience resolving/preventing safety-related issues and reportables in a warehousing and/or manufacturing setting
- Must possess the ability to maintain high level of detail and integrity while executing responsibilities
- Must have experience in partnering with colleagues in all levels of an organization to drive priorities
