Role Description
This is a full-time remote role, in or around the Houston, TX area for occasional onsite training or meetings, for a Payroll Data Analyst at VerifyToday. VerifyToday is seeking a skilled Payroll Data Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with our data analysts and software engineers to optimize and maintain data systems that manage and process various types of payroll and HR data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll data processing. The Data Analyst will also analyze client payroll data and provide recommendations to improve payroll processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
· 3 years ETL - Required
· 3 years Excel - advanced level, Required
· 3 years SQL - Required
· Ability to work independently and a team environment
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Strong analytical, time management skills and critical thinking skills
· 2-3 years of experience in payroll data processing and analysis
· Familiarity with payroll standards and regulations
· Detail-oriented with a strong drive for accuracy
