Essentials for Success:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience managing multiple Tenant Improvement projects in commercial construction.
Knowledge: Familiarity with structural, high-rise, sitework, and tenant improvement projects.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in estimating, budgeting, and financial tracking.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, and MS Suite.
Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred but not required).
OSHA 30 certification (required within 30 days of hire).
First Aid/CPR and Harassment Prevention training (we offer training if needed).
