Role Description
Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm has immediate need in our Orlando office for a Corporate Paralegal. Successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience as a paralegal in the Corporate field. Prefer a candidate with knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Securities Offerings, Establishing LLC’s, and Entity Organization, but willing to train a quick learner. Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail is required. Must be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in legal research
- Knowledge of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field
- Certification as a paralegal is a plus
