Job Requirements
- Experience working in fast-paced office environment; law office experience preferred
- Familiarity with estate documents and tax returns preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and use varying software program; iManage software experience preferred
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Highly detailed, organized
- Assisting on preparing federal estate tax returns and gift returns
- Organizing and maintaining client files
- Highly proactive with attention to detail, dependable, and extremely organized
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent proofreading skills and clear and concise communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate is preferred or prior experience in Estates and Trusts within a law firm.
- Excellent communication skills
- Lackner 6-in-1 experience is preferred
- High attention to detail
- Trustworthy and ethical
- Client service oriented
