Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial finance experience for our Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience at a leading corporate firm. Candidates must be an active Bar member, ideally California. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.
Benefits and Compensation Details:
Base salary will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant and years of relevant experience.
