With the launch of a prestigious new program, we are offering a unique opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Benefits Manager to take a leading role in our client's most important project.
Reporting to the: Director of Human Resources
You will lead a team of up to: 6 HRIS and Payroll Specialists
Customer industries include: manufacturing, automotive, and heavy truck.
As SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Benefits Manager you will:
• Lead and manage the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Benefits modules implementation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align system configuration to meet business needs
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for all employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR operations and payroll accuracy
Your strengths to be successful should include:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Benefits modules
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of payroll and benefits regulations and best practices
