The Posner Group is pleased to announce the addition of a new position on our team. We have been experiencing growth and need to add a Senior Administrative Assistant to our staff. As a diverse private family office with interests in real estate, we are actively seeking to identify a talented individual that will help us maintain our high standard of professionalism and customer service for years to come.

The Senior Office Administrative Assistant will oversee all our weekly tasks and routines such as AP, AR, order processing, and office organization. Additionally, this position will support our executives by assisting with various projects and tasks including clerical support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions and maintaining records in QuickBooks
- Generate financial reports, track expenses, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks
- Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and route correspondence appropriately
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communicator
- Natural organizer/planner
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- Productive with numerous responsibilities
- Adept at numbers/math
- Eager to learn
- Practiced in customer service
This position is full-time, salaried. Compensation varies based on experience.
