TKN Tyson LLP is a Seattle-based boutique law firm serving daring entrepreneurs, startups and investors. Our diverse clients include startups in a wide range of industries (e.g., software, hardware, biotech, fintech), investment funds and angel investors.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-starting associate attorney. You will initially work on the firm’s clients and will have a robust platform on which to build your own book of business. Our office is located in Downtown Seattle, but we are open to flexible working arrangements.

Ideal Attorney Candidate
- 2+ years of corporate transactional experience, including corporate financings (SAFEs, convertible notes, venture capital), M&A, private equity and fund formation
- Graduate of accredited law school with great academic credentials and journal experience
- Licensed in at least one U.S. state, ideally WA, CA, and/or NY
- Entrepreneurial and eagerness to build an independent book of business
- Good judgment and intuition
- Business practical
- Excellent time management skills and ability to respond promptly
- Ability to learn and use technology
