Accountabilities:
- Sales: This is a low volume, highly complex role where quality and attention to detail matter far more than volume. Partnerships are curated, and success depends on elevating that curation in ways that drive compelling, irresistible opportunities.
- Performance: You will own the B2B delivery, ensuring you are delivering the product best able to influence the B2C performance.
Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in a luxury travel agency, in a hotel facing sales role, or
- 7+ years in a multi-property sales or revenue management role with a luxury hotel brand
- A deep understanding of e-commerce, and the commercial levers that drive performance
- Formal negotiation skills or a demonstrable background in negotiation, not pure sales
