Responsibilities:
· Source new business through networking, meetings, telesales, and canvassing
· Develop, manage and maintain existing relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants and other real estate professionals to generate future business opportunities
· Liaise with in-house counsel and borrowers on active deals
· Evaluate and underwrite real estate (will train)
· Tour real estate
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in investment or residential sales, real estate lending or related field
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
