Role:
Litigation Associate
• Domestic and international insurance carrier as well as many private clients
• You will collaborate daily with lead attorneys on all stages of litigation, including rapid response investigations after catastrophic losses, case evaluation and reporting, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation, with a focus on strategic thinking to achieve client objectives.

Requirements:
• 1 year+ litigation experience in either insurance defense, trucking and or general liability
• Excellent research and writing skills
