HYBRID - 2 DAYS+ ON SITE IN BOSTON per week
The Human Resources Business Partner provides human resources consultation and support for one or more business units. HRBP is a strong human resources generalist with experience in recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations. Acts as a liaison between HR and Business Teams, providing strategy, planning and process development and management.
- Provide coaching, consultation and support to leadership regarding organizational development, change management and employee engagement.
- Define, build and implement HR strategies and solutions to enhance the business and culture
- Act as a consultant, advisor, facilitator and business partner for leadership and employees
- Provide employee relations expertise ensuring compliance to company and federal rules/laws
- Coach managers on employee relations and investigate employee issues and concerns
- Align HR policies and strategy delivery with organizational objectives and to promote companywide best practices and consistency.
- Liaison with internal Human Resources functions on organizational design, recognition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations and general support of performance management, promotions and other employee transactions.
SUGGESTED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- BS in HR, Operations or similar
- SPHR certification or Masters’ Degree a plus
- 7+ years of professional experience with 5 years in HR Operations
- Experience in healthcare or health insurance a plus
