WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Supervise a small staff of architects and technicians.
- Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
- Responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction
- Provides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
- Establish productive working relationships, and deal effectively and cooperatively with team members, consultants, and government agencies
- Coordinate projects with team members and consultants for conflicts and discrepancies
- Write meeting minutes and professional correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of work plans and schedules
- Coordinate drawings with consultant drawings and specifications
- Assist in review of submittals, shop drawings, respond to RFI’s, and preparation of instruction bulletins for changes
- Provide mentorship/Meet regularly with mentor
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
- B.A. Degree in Architecture
- 8 Years’ Experience
- Revit Proficient
- Multifamily, Mixed-Use, DSA, higher-ed, K-12, or Civic Experience a plus
- Experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, InDesign, Lumion, Photoshop, Projects, Office helpful
- Desire to become a Licensed Architect helpful

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000
