Job Description: Implementation Manager at Outfield

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and team members to provide a best-in-class first impression of Outfield for new and prospective clients. You will work with client data to configure trial environments for prospective customers and provide training services, resources, and expertise for finding success when using the Outfield mobile app and web-based version.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with current and potential customers to support the customer experience.
- Work with clients to understand and help them overcome their business challenges.
- Build trial environments, import data for clients, and collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure their Outfield account is built for their success.
- Provide phone, email, and/or video assistance for customer questions as they come in.
- Remain knowledgeable about any and all updates to the Outfield Platform.
- Participate in the creation of customer success content for our user base (Help Center Articles, Support Videos, and more).
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the platform and onboarding process.
- Assist with various Customer Success projects.
- Participate in team discussions on how we can best help our customers.
- Serve as a product expert, capable of assisting other Outfield team members on questions they might have.
- Generate future opportunities by discovering and understanding the needs of our customers.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree (or actively pursuing one).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and be a self-starter.
- Excellent team member.
- Comfortable speaking with personnel of various backgrounds, including company executives.
Ideal Candidates would be those actively pursuing a degree in their final 1 or 2 semesters that can work part time and transition to full time upon graduation. This role is an in-office role located at Outfield Headquarters in Houston Texas.
