Seeking a Investor Relations- Senior Associate, for our client.
The role will be focused on the creation of marketing collateral, creating marketing campaigns for investor events and road shows and dealing with High net worth investors, family offices and RIA’s in the Latam and US markets.
Your role:
- Updating marketing materials, investment memorandums and pitch decks
- Drafting and updating DDQs, RFPs, investor questionnaires, investor databases
- Project manage roadshows and marketing campaigns
- Draft white papers, intellectual capital, as well as coordinate investor events
- Understand retail and institutional channels
- Liaise with placement agents and large LPs on reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of investor relations experience with strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a finance, legal or real estate focus
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
