Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our influencer marketing initiatives and campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with influencers across multiple platforms, designing influencer-driven campaigns, and maximizing APP downloads and CAC through authentic collaborations. This role plays a key part in shaping the brand’s online presence and connecting with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Relationship Management:
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Build long-term partnerships with influencers that align with the brand’s image, goals, and target audience.
2.Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring the content aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversions.
3.Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance, monitoring key metrics such as engagement, downloads, transactions and ROI.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign results, using data to optimize future influencer strategies.
4.Influencer Discovery and Trend Analysis:
- Continuously research and identify emerging influencers and content trends, keeping the brand at the forefront of the influencer marketing space.
- Analyze competitors’ influencer strategies and industry trends to refine and improve our approach.
5.Budget Management and Negotiation:
- Manage influencer marketing budgets, negotiating contracts and compensation with influencers to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Ensure all influencer agreements align with campaign goals and comply with legal guidelines and brand standards.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
2.Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven and ROI mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
3.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing influencer campaigns in industries such as sneaker, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
