Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil & Gas clients to seek a Regulatory Consultant to work on an initial 12-month contract in Houston, TX – with a high possibility for an extension!
The Regulatory Consultant will be responsible for advising clients or internal teams on regulatory requirements related to the industry they operate in. This position involves conducting research on relevant regulations, ensuring compliance with government standards, preparing and submitting regulatory documents, and interacting with regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
- This position will work on regulatory filings in EOR
- Managing MIT compliance, new drill and recompletion permits and overall compliance.
- With 500 wells to plug this year and 150 workover rigs in operation, managing the paperwork for completion reports.
- A dedicated regulatory contractor can streamline the process, ensuring timely submission of reports.
- Risk Mitigation: Failure to submit reports promptly can lead to severed leases and Notices of Violation (NOVs).
- A knowledgeable contractor can navigate complex regulations, minimizing the chances of compliance lapses.
- Their help with timely filing helps maintain a good standing with regulatory authorities.
