Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (DOE) + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a Virginia-based contractor known for delivering exceptional restaurant, shopping center, and fitness center projects. They are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their team and oversee high-quality commercial construction projects across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of all site work.
- Monitor quality control and solve on-site issues promptly.
- Travel as needed to manage projects located across various states, primarily focused on restaurants, retail centers, and fitness facilities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in restaurant, retail, or fitness facility construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams and client relations.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating subcontractor work.
- Must be willing to travel extensively to different job sites.
