Project Executive to oversee the development of a major new data center project in Tennessee.
Your Role:
As the Project Executive, you will be responsible for leading the development of a cutting-edge data center from start to finish. You will coordinate all aspects of the project, from land acquisition and design through to construction and commissioning. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage large-scale developments while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full development lifecycle of a data center project in Tennessee, from pre-construction to final delivery.
- Manage key relationships with stakeholders including investors, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project milestones are met.
- Lead the permitting and regulatory approval process, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress and managing expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading the development of large-scale data center or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of the development process, including permitting, design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee budgets of $20M+ and manage complex timelines.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a track record of building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and local zoning laws.
- Relevant qualifications in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in the data center sector and existing industry connections are highly desirable.
