Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Coordinator located in Chicago, IL at The Ritz-Carlton Spa Chicago. The Spa coordinator will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the spa, including overseeing guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with other spa staff to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for guests and an abundant and joyful community for out team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, such as booking and scheduling platforms
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services is a plus
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be flexible working 8-10 hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
