We’re a recruiting firm working directly with the founding team to find a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building systems from scratch, and is eager to shape the future of a rapidly growing company. What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of end-to-end features, working closely with the founding team and cross-functional partners
- Take full ownership of projects, from architecture and design to deployment and scaling
- Build scalable systems, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate in shaping product direction and technical decisions as part of the core team
- Mentor and guide junior engineers as the team grows
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of full stack development experience in high-growth and/or early stage startup environments
- Expertise in Javascript and at least two backend languages.
- Proven track record of building and scaling web applications from scratch
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for ownership, autonomy, and solving complex problems
