Responsibilities:

Lead Accounting Transformation with D365: Oversee the modernization of accounting processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Streamline Workflows: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements within the D365 platform.
System Configuration & Customization: Tailor D365 to meet accounting needs, optimize workflows, reports, and dashboards, and ensure continuous system upgrades.
Business-Technology Liaison: Translate accounting requirements into technical specifications, maintain documentation, and bridge communication between teams.
User Training & Support: Develop training materials, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues to maximize D365 effectiveness.
Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with analytics to create reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure internal controls and compliance with accounting regulations, supporting audits and mitigating risks.
Project Leadership: Manage vendors and project teams, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery while tracking key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

ERP Expertise (8+ years): Strong background in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
Industry Experience (3+ years): Knowledge of retail/wholesale industries preferred.
Modern Tech Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Services.
Technical Skills: Experience with X++, C#, T-SQL, and SQL is a plus.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to extract insights and troubleshoot issues.
Effective Communicator: Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with SDLC and agile practices for project efficiency.
