Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Duties include but are not limited to the following
· Inspect incoming raw material properties and perform online appearance checks
· Investigate and analyze defective products and develop effective countermeasures
· Establish short-term/long-term counter measures to ensure smooth production
· Collaborate with Engineering and Production on quality improvements during current production and during new project development stage
· Enhance suppliers quality level by conducting Supplier Process Audit (SPA) and reviewing their products, tools, and systems periodically
· Participate/lead BIP audit and Color Harmony sharing inspection results with suppliers, engineering and production to request and discuss improvement plan
· Manage assigned products to meet internal/external customer requirements
· Improve efficiency of quality control management system by learning and applying new technology, knowledge, and equipment
· Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and systems in accordance to specification and applicable legal requirements
· Meet all other requirements as assigned
