Lead Flight Software Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
- Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to seamlessly integrate software solutions
- Lead and manage the Flight Software team plus provide technical guidance.
- Hire new engineers to grow the team
- Configure RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers
- Design and execute full software test cases
Lead Flight Software Engineer Requirements:
- Experience coding in C++ and Linux environments (or relevant experience)
- Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics
- Tools: Git, Make, and GNU tools
- Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
