Title: Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager position is now available through The Keller Group. This client is a fast-growing healthcare organization based out of Scottsdale, AZ (in-person work schedule). The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and leading all marketing strategy and overseeing the planning and execution of events throughout the country. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and be a hands-on leader for an established organization that is in the midst of incredible growth.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be expected to do the following tasks:
- Oversee and lead the marketing and community relations initiatives across the country and serve as a leader fostering collaboration, teamwork, and mentorship for the team. Manage day-to-day needs of the team and development of tactical and strategic skills.
- Partner with the different stakeholders to provide strategic marketing expertise, identifying their marketing needs, key issues, industry trends, market insights and the competitive landscape.
- Plan, execute and oversee all event-driven marketing from trade shows to educational seminars to large scale symposiums and ensure the team has the resources they need to properly attend events and represent the brand.
- Identity and foster longstanding relationships with potential and current partners who represent the brand and be a resource to them by providing appropriate marketing resources.
- Oversee the PR and marketing strategies for the brand, partnering with internal subject matter experts to execute deliverables while leading all social media efforts including creating content calendars and managing community engagement.
- Work with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop an integrated marketing approach using social media, traditional advertising, email marketing and other strategies.
- Drive strategy for copywriting, imagery, production, and distribution of all publications – both internal and external.
- Proactive leader that is always thinking ahead and confident to bring new ideas forward, ability to get ahead of any problems or quickly resolve prior to escalation, etc.
- Lead the content development for social media, blogs, marketing collateral, press releases, and more to ensure a cohesive voice across the brand.
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience working in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry working with providers and leaders.
- Bachelor's Degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism, Comm, or related field of study.
- Confident in planning and executing events on a local and national level + experience creating multi-channel campaign strategies across social media, email, web, and public relations.
- Experience managing internal resources and external agencies.
