About the ROLE
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to our team, ensuring seamless operations within our North American subsidiary. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing timely and accurate delivery of parts and services
- Receiving, sorting, and forwarding mail
- Handling check deposits
- Overseeing order management and North American spare parts inventory
- Maintaining a presentable facility and demo center
- Collaborating closely with our Canadian office and headquarters in Austria to ensure consistent communication and support
About YOU
Our ideal candidate is an independent, self-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in administrative tasks, with at least three years in a similar role in an industrial or technical company
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other web-based tools
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team-oriented setting
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take initiative
