The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects, with a focus on science and advanced tech projects including data centers, labs, tenant improvements (TI), and cleanrooms facilities with reputable construction firms.
Requirements:
- Past experience in science & advanced tech construction projects.
- Ability to build client relationships and driving business development for new opportunities.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Construction or Engineering related degree.
