An impressive, small litigation boutique in midtown Manhattan seeks to hire a well-credentialed senior litigation associate for a position focusing on complex commercial/securities litigation. The firm seeks at least some securities litigation experience and excellent hands-on experience, including significant deposition experience and the ability to run cases. The firm offers good substantive experience, sophisticated matters, and an impressive set of attorneys. Base compensation is likely $230,000-$250,000. 4 days in office required.
