A rapidly expanding spirits brand seeks an experienced CEO to lead strategic growth, scale operations, and drive brand visibility. This role involves overseeing end-to-end operations, managing key relationships, and fostering team development as we prepare for the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive brand expansion through innovative growth strategies and strong partnerships.
- Operational Oversight: Manage critical supplier relationships, maintain inventory and supply chain efficiencies, and optimize cash flow.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to meet growth goals and support marketing initiatives.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing executive team across departments.
- Fundraising & Financial Management: Lead capital-raising efforts and ensure sustainable financial management.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in the wine & spirits industry (Vodka, Tequila, etc.) with deep U.S. market knowledge.
- Proven leadership experience in scaling operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
- Background with emerging or smaller brands is advantageous.
