A well-established firm in the finance sector has an immediate need for a Temporary Receptionist to join their Downtown Houston office. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of relevant experience in a corporate setting. This is a one week temporary assignment.
Salary: $21-23/hour
Location: Houston, TX (Downtown)
Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage conference room calendar
- Organize refreshments and order food for conference room meetings
- Maintain office kitchen items
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a corporate setting
- Positive attitude, friendly personality, high level of professionalism at all times
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Must be comfortable working within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma
