Project Manager
Join the New York division of an established GC/ CM looking for its future leaders.
Projects throughout New York City include commercial interior fit-outs and renovations, typically valued at $5m—$20m. They will typically include retail, restaurants, hospitality, and industrial projects.
This is a mid-sized firm with a small but growing New York division, built on a long history of repeat clients and winning new business. The growth of this team will create opportunities to move up into leadership and operational roles in the future, as the company and the NYC team continue to grow
On offer:
- Base salary circa $140k-155k (negotiable)

About you:
- Circa 3-5+ years’ experience in a Construction Project Manager role working on projects in New York City for a GC/CM
- Experience managing multiple construction projects as a Lead PM
- Experience managing construction projects within commercial interiors/ retail/ hospitality/ restaurants
- Proficiency in Procore/ Blue Beam preferred
- A college degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture is preferred but not essential
