Job Description:
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience with installation and configuration of Windows 7 & Windows 10.
- Hardware Refresh Experience,
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills,
- knowledge of PXE Boot, Desktop Troubleshooting, Configuring Printers and Peripheral Devices (Scanners, Credit Card Readers, Signature Pads).
- Basic understanding of networking, telecom and SCCM is a big plus.
