Responsibilities in a Nutshell:
Our Client Solution Managers are responsible for end-to-end sales, including the creative development and execution of sourcing strategies and recruiting plans for our clients. The Client Solutions Manager develops relationships with our top-tier client base while helping Trustech attract the best talent available.
Primary objectives include managing client relationships with Directors, Managers, and C-level
executives at some of the top companies in the local area. Help screen candidates, conduct interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers, and guide the recruiting process.
• Develop and build relationships with our existing client base and prospects for new clients
and business.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand and strategize
fulfillment.
• Conduct intake meetings with client managers to set expectations and maintain
communications throughout recruiting.
• Network and build strong relationships with prospective clients and candidates by providing
strategic guidance and advice.
• Act as the gatekeeper for candidates your recruiting team presents for submittal to your client.
This will involve reviewing candidate resumes and assessing their qualifications and fit.
• Take part in phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates
to Trustech client managers for further consideration.
• Manage the interview schedule for candidates and client managers to ensure nothing falls
through the cracks.
• Document all candidate and client interactions in our ATS and/or CRM to ensure we have the
necessary information to represent each candidate successfully and the client we contact.
What you bring to the table:
• Previous experience in staffing, consulting, or software sales, preferably in technology.
• Experience working with SaaS-based software, including those for applicant tracking (ATS),
customer relationship management (CRM), and Project Management.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with top-level technology leaders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to think on your feet and resourcefully solve problems.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and tech-savvy.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in business or technology.
