Responsibilities
- Production supervisor is primarily responsible for the team's safety and performance
- Lead daily management meetings
- Use problem solving and continuous improvement to control KPI's
- Coach and train to ensure adequate skill level of the team
- Ensure team follows standard procedures and adheres to safety and quality policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- Experience with mix-model manufacturing
- Demonstrated use of Lean Principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems
- Act with minimal supervision, work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications
