Customer Service Representative
CRG has launched a search for a Customer Service Representative in the Triad area for a client of ours in the furniture industry. This role will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, resolving any customer service issues and other duties as assigned. Come work for a company who offers lots of growth opportunities!
Opportunity: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:45am-4:45pm
Location: High Point, NC
Compensation: $18/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and answer customer inquiries.
- Provide product information and knowledge to customers.
- Process customer orders while monitoring payments, shipments, and generating bills of lading.
- Prepare and arrange fabric swatches to be sent out.
- Create purchase orders.
- Prepare vendor invoices for payment.
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives for product updates, order changes, and reporting.
- Assist with social media postings on the company’s social media platforms.
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the Furniture industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
