Partner Marketing Manager - Embedded Finance

Salary - $95k - $100k Annually
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to maximize the use and performance of our services.
Drive the growth of our distribution network by unlocking new channels in existing markets and exploring opportunities for international expansion.
Play a critical role in showcasing the value of new products and features to partners, ensuring their successful implementation and integration.
Act as an advocate for partners, effectively communicating their goals and priorities to align with company objectives and influence product development.
Take full responsibility for revenue generated through partnerships, tracking performance against forecasts and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Utilize strong technical knowledge to engage in conversations with both partners and internal teams, facilitating product integration, API understanding, and the translation of technical documentation into business solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong history of growing business with major strategic partners, backed by approximately 10 years of experience in fintech, banking, lending, or payments.
- Deep expertise in the payments and financing industry, with a solid understanding of key players such as acquirers and payment facilitators.
- Highly skilled at communicating the company's value proposition and excel in delivering presentations to C-level executives and large audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights, enabling partners to maximize the benefits of our offerings. Your technical fluency helps you spot new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Team player who thrives on motivating others, and you're adept at guiding senior stakeholders through strategic decisions and tactical execution.
