Position: Director of Maintenance-safety, facilities (2), fleet (100) , and all warehouse and production equipment
Reports: to the Plant Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN. (new facility)
Compensation: Industry-leading base and bonus, based on experience and track record
Education: BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience
Experience: 5-plus years of demonstrated experience & success in the fresh produce (or other time and temperature-sensitive fresh food manufacturing) distribution industry-retail and/or foodservice (fresh-cut produce experience the first to be considered).
Oversight of total plant machinery; including all Regulatory adherence.
