Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings with potential investors and pitch the investment opportunities to established investors when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of investor contacts, track company interactions, and identify new targets through meticulous research, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Collect and analyze pertinent business and financial information to craft a compelling narrative for investors and analysts.
- Draft and prepare engaging presentations and supporting materials to effectively pitch investment opportunities to both new and existing investors.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D department, marketing department and executive team to continuously refine our investment pitch and showcase it to potential investors.
- Conduct comprehensive reports on fundraising progress, providing direct updates to executive team members as requested.
- Stay abreast of relevant opportunities, events, and news items, with a view to continuously improving our investor relations and communication programs.
- Plan, organize, and assist with investor outreach activities, ensuring all materials are prepared to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set financial goals and strategies.
- Oversee financial planning, modeling, and analysis to support capital raising and other strategic initiatives.
Qualification:
- 7 years of professional experience in venture capital, with a focus on web3, cryptocurrency, AI fields.
- A proven track record in capital raising and developing investor relations is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CFA is preferred).
- Proficiency in due diligence, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and generating term sheets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Salary Range
The salary for the Chief Financial Officer ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and expertise.
