Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer

We are looking for Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining DevOps solutions using Copado to streamline our Salesforce development and deployment processes.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Implement and maintain Copado-based CI/CD processes to enable efficient and reliable Salesforce deployments.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure seamless transitions from development to production environments.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, to support parallel development and testing.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce development teams to enforce DevOps best practices and improve overall delivery velocity.
- Automate testing processes using Copado Test, including Apex tests, manual test scripts, and Selenium-based UI tests.
- Ensure compliance and governance, defining and enforcing policies across the development lifecycle.
- Monitor Salesforce application health and release metrics, providing visibility and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize the DevOps toolchain and processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational overhead.

- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electrical)
- 7 to 9 years of Project experience.
- Experience of Salesforce configuration - user/role/profile setup, record sharing, workflows, validation rules, etc.
- Proficient in implementing and managing Copado DevOps solutions for Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, and Ant
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce metadata management, package development, and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve deployment issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Agile environment (Scrum)
