Multifamily Superintendent wanted for Garden Style projects in Raleigh, NC!
Are you an experienced Superintendent with a passion for ground-up Multifamily projects? Hays is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to lead our clients' exciting ground-up Garden Style projects in Raleigh, NC. Projects will be in the $65M - $95M range.
Your new role
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Mutlifamily construction expertise (8+ years).
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Projects completed start to finish with value over $50M+
