Director - IT Staffing Sales (MSP Partnerships)
Remote (PST Time) with occasional travel to industry conferences as needed
Full-Time Role (Competitive Base Pay, Uncapped Bonus, Full Benefits, PTO)
The ideal candidate for this role would have an existing Rolodex of transferable relationships with MSP/VMS companies nationwide supporting large Fortune 500 enterprise clients. We aim to add 50 to 100 new fillable contingent reqs per quarter to be serviced by our highly qualified delivery team.

Job Description
- Identify and pursue contract and direct hire opportunities to secure new business and expand the company's client base. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Grow a team of recruiters and sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring their professional development. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional Contract and Direct Hire staffing services. Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on divisional performance, including financial results, key metrics, and progress against strategic objectives.
Background:
- Demonstrated success in winning business by selling directly to hiring decision-makers.
- Prior Experience growing bottom line revenue from 1 MN to 5 MN annually. (Must Have)
- Must have Experience hiring and growing a team of sales and recruiters. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, recruitment, and operational strategies. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Must have Qualification:
- 10+ years of IT staffing industry experience leading business development efforts of Fortune 500 accounts.
- Existing relationships with leading MSP companies managing Fortune 500 contingent staffing needs.
- 5 years experience working in a staffing or recruiting firm with solid Experience in business development, sales, and recruiting areas.
- Recent experience hiring and managing a TOP-performing staffing team in the US.
